Insermountable Beauty

Insermountable Beauty

A Poem by Lost in Wonderland

Insermountable beauty

Bleached rocks stacked like janga

Towering over warter pure blue

If you extend your hand

You can almost touch the sun

Higher than the ravens

Talk about a bird's eye view

Peacful quiet

The cool whisper of the breeze

Wild life so tame

They'll come up and kiss your finger tips

Whistful smiles

This is where dreams are

In thia lovely slice of Heaven

So far away from the troubles of Earth

How could anyone cry here

Where inspiration is never far away

Oh what a beautiful place

I could almost taste the storm "in the lovely slice of heaven." You must not have intended it, but I absorbed it as a rather forshadowing piece . . .
