Frail

Frail

A Poem by Michael of Gilead
"

humanity, stripped to the bone

"

Frail emaciated body

Skeleton of flesh

With a gentle hand on your back

Guiding you on your Bataan death march

Down the path of life

To the very end

I will ease your pain

Comfort you best I can

As you slip into

Finality
