Life has changed in so many ways

Years gone so quick

They're slipping through my fingers

I do things I regret

And things I can't forget

Love was there for a second

It faded soon as it was held

The grit of teeth as friends are lost.

Joy sprung when life creates new ones.

Leave doors open and you shall find no new ones.

They simmer there and never leave your mind

Close door and peace be found

Let the year run it's course

No tear shall be shead
