Nowhere Man

Nowhere Man

A Poem by Miss Mary Jane
"

fin

"

Wind blows softly through the open windows.

Like the gateway to my soul a trace of cold

Weaves it's way through me.

Fear remains inside of me,

This fear of the unknown.

As I watch the remnants of

A broken home.

This Nowhere Man,

he won't listen.

This Nowhere Man,

he doesn't understand my misgivings.

Here he'll stay in his faded state,

as I walk away.

The title caught my eye reminded me of a Beatle Song by that name. Excellent poem.

Jane, this is haunting and really strikes a nerve in the readers heart,
the imagery is transporting, and creative, the intent is beautifully expressed.
the messege has a powerful sense of sadness finding hope in belief,

Mmm, how sad. The imagery just got to me, especially the open window. This is marvelous. Keep it up. Flora.

I came for the title, I stayed for the poem.

Finished or not, great job. ^.^
