Beautiful Baby Boy

This is a poem I wrote about the loss of my son. He passed away in 1986 but I didn't write the poem until 2001. It has taken me a very long time to deal with his death.

Taken So young
I Still Long To Hold You In My Arms

My Beautiful Baby Boy
Taken So Young
My Heart Still Aches For You

My Beautiful Baby Boy
Taken So Young
I Still Don't Understand

My Beautiful Baby Boy
Taken So Young
Why Did You Have To Go

My Beautiful Baby Boy

Only Two Weeks Old

You Are My Angel In Heaven
And I Love You So

It was a very sad poem and no one can understand the loss of a child more so than a mother sorry for your loss but you have embraced the loss so simply in this poem
