Love felt. Love told.

You tend to be a lot like my sunshine

I hear your voice and know that I'll be just fine

I just had the day from Hell

Your laugh makes my heart begin to swell

I see your smile and I see your joy

Sometimes I wonder why you are my boy

      Oh my personal sun

      My rainbow on a cloudy day

      My wonderful daydream

      The cherry on my ice cream

      My content sigh

      When I know you're mine

      My own personal sun

You sit me down and say that I'll be okay

I know there's truth in what you quietly say

You hug me and whisper," Lean on me"

I realize you're all I really need

You wipe my tears away," I love you"

I look in your eyes and realize I love you too

     Hmm, my personal sun

     Hmm, my dance in the rain

     Hmm, my random fun

     My star during the day

     My content sigh

     When I know you're mine

     My own personal sun

We're sitting closely side-by-side

You're gonna kill me with that look in your eye

A hint of evil a twinkle of laughter

Could this be my happily ever after?

You pull me close and whisper in my ear

"My sunshine loves me that's all I need to hear"

You sing a song all your own

I see my feelings here aren't alone

    "Oh, my personal sun

    Oh, my light in the dark

    My reason for living

    The keeper of my heart

    It really makes my head whirl

    That you're my girl

    My own personal sun"
