I forgot my in sole & laces,

Leaving no traces
From the bars and all the places
I have been

Cushions were before
Now it’s only concrete floors
And the grey bars of my soul...

Tying up the lives of crisis
Nodding off all my senses
Trying to forget the past...

No more blood stains,
No more footprints
All this intelligence

A very powerful poem. When we break up it is like we lost wverything we were abd have to rediscover ourselves
