A dramatic poem that grabs the reader from the first line. The breaks and the pace are terrific. Even your exclamation marks. I think it reveals just enough of the historical context to be understandable, yet it does retain a touch of mystery and speaks of lost kingdoms.

Intense piece... Dramatic words scream within the exclamations. The music lends an energetic and eerie tone as well. This is an intriguing write!

Very visual poem with a lot of action.Don`t know what the title means, I look that up, run rabbit run is the title of song popular in the UK during the first World War, so that fits, the poem looks I think at the conflicts in Iraq at that time. A good reason for checking the history - an interesting, somewhat enigmatic work.
