Prayer for a friend

Prayer for a friend

A Poem by Mr. Lopez

These are simple words I say

With both hands clasped

For you I pray

My legs bent at the knee

That the world won’t do to you

As it’s done to me

Outstanding. Wow.. I don't think you need to add anything personally, but it's your prayer. I think it speaks infinitely, as is.

Amen.

Wow! this short and simple poem gave me chills. how true it is, it's not elaborate or filled with big words, but it hits to the heart more powerfully. It makes a statement, and it is full of selflessness. Great job!
