Dreaming Above a Village Fair

Dreaming Above a Village Fair

A Poem by Mr.Boffin

She passed through night,
   With sneezzeee and snare
Through red brick chutes,
   With numbers fair

Unbeknown -- Her --
Dreaming in the night
She sees soft tea cups
Dancing in her hair --

The yellow-smitten crumpets:
   Cheer and shout.

(While)

The rose colored girl:
   Wrapped in smiles, --
      Lingerriiinng about.

Pawns wearing miters,
So she "said".

When the Sun meets the Sky
The Night has passed you by --
