My journey from dark to life.

One day they told me.
No one is hearing you.
No one ever cares.
Alone you were born,
Alone you'll be dead.
What are you here for?
Tell us, don't be scared.
I gathered my courage.
I told this to them.
"I am here for a purpose"
Now they were really curious.
So they asked again.
Tell us about the purpose.
Will it make you alive?
They asked me for a reply.
They were curious.
Yeah sure it will.
I replied in a really cold voice.
I wasn't sure what I was thinking.
But I know,
No one stays forever.
One day everyone dies.
I was hopeless.
But isn't everyone sailing on the same boat?
Then I was still in dark,
For a long long night.
But my soul reached me.
And I was lucky to recognize her.
I kissed her on her cheeks.
Told her she was mine.
I felt her in me.
I felt so alive.
And again I told her,
She's mine, she's mine.
She smiled like a child.
And believe me,
I lived forever in that moment.
That's my story,
From dark to light.
