INSIDE THE BOX

Think outside Your Box

There’s naught but thought

To rescue thee;

From the chains that bind

Creativity.

Deep in your box

Of formless marsh.

There’s a drainage hole 

Big enough to stash.

That beast of sorts,

Who’s had his way.

In your sea of thought,

He left you a

Bay.

Stranded alone

For him to watch.

You struggle and claw

Inside the Box.

Some boxes need to torn apart by reading the old writers. My motivation come from good music. Leonard Cohen, Dylan and Edwin Starr. I go to the Poets from the old times. The Poets of Europe, Asia and Africa can be found and teach us real words and emotion. Getting out of the box need proper motivation. A excellent poem.
