I Warned You

I Warned You

A Poem by Mysty Rayn

I warned you I was defective.

Life has been unkind.

Too many times abused.

So many times broken.

How do I trust again?

My heart left a small scar.

Shielded in stone for protection.

Shunning those who get too close.

Pushing those who touch.

Fear is all I understand anymore.

I warned you I was defective.

what lovely words...
life has been unkind, many times abused, time after time broken, how do i trust again...
but here comes the sun,i know i have to live my life again,if i do not trust again then i am dead and heart ice cold, you can not hide ,you can not shield yourself, you will certainly have to love again, just love those words,oh you are so inspiring

I know I too have felt this way many times and in some way believe we all have our defects from life misusing us... I think the trick is to use the parts still working properly... a very powerful piece.

I trusted and it is magickal!! Don't give up on a chance! We are all defective in some way...putting two together...weaving two lives takes time, patience and loving care. Take the chance and don't dare defeat yourself with the haunting of past pains. Go for what could be! Blessings!

Introspective words. Brooding. Reflective.

trust does not come before hope, and hope must start...

in dreams.
