A Story by Natasha
"

Just a rant. In story form.

"

I want you to hold me.
Tell the world that I’m yours.
That this is real.

These are my thoughts whenever we are together. Whenever we are at our special playground talking about anything and everything. I trust you, wholly and completely. I know you would never hurt me. That you would make sure that no one would hurt me. You already do so. You do so many things, both wondrous and magnificent. Your presence is dazzling. You can tickle me anytime. You can pick me up and spin me around. Do whatever you want. I’m just in love with being here, with you.
You know that laugh of yours, so loud and boisterous, as if you were trying to shake the world with its reverberation. I love it. Afterwards, when you’re trying to calm down and quiet yourself, you have this wide, goofy smile on your face. The butterflies beat furiously when it arrives.
Your hugs are spectacular. They’re constricting but the harder you hug me the closer we get. Sometimes, I even get to hear your heartbeat. It’s the most beautiful sound in the world. It makes me want to cry.
But I’m delusional.
And I’m mistaken.
This is my dream.
My fantasy.
There’s no point in trying.
I need to quit, right now.

Truly. Madly. Deeply.
That’s how I’ll fall for you...
