a smear of ink

writes a primal scream

a spiritual trust

a calm yearning to touch

a voice on the telephone

I once loved so much

hear me now

with anticipated delay

I  do exist

to you

and everyone today...

I do deserve 

to fit among

the scheme of things

in every way

on this day...

Believe me

when I say

tomorrow only exists

when new mornings rise

with sun or fresh rain

as our only day

to create

a path of ease

to heal our 

suffering and pain…
