![]() A testA Poem by NaugleB![]() Some people make it in life and some people do not. To me it is all one big test, you either live it or you dont.![]() Woke up so groggy, totally confused she never even knew she could never even choose Cold hands were around her neck she was too scared to check she was too young to detect Fear riveted her entire being, body pervaded with unfamiliar stinging, her ears uncontrollably ringing A struggle broke out a frantic fight his breath upon her like death in the night his affliction was now her only sight Face down sobbing and abandoned realizing now her clothes were shredded; a trace of innocence no longer imbedded It’s over and she’s alone in her bed but never alone again in her head because he’ll always be climbing into her bed A matter of time before the next offense his infringement of baseness just pure wickedness Immorality she sees through all his evil deeds she screams and pleads but he just proceeds Soon thereafter it came to be that improbity was meant to be but she almost couldn’t yet believe Life had so many possibilities, so many things left to achieve but not for her for she had conceived Not another life you see but a predetermined mockery, a mockery of purity and incorruptibility Now there was nothing to be certain of faith had disappeared from heaven above her honor is to be forever judged She walked a broken path of resent the devils never ceased to torment her terrors would not allow for repent Incapable of a back and forth shove she’d never know a traditional love her conviction took over and spilled her blood It took her back to that very first place that day when she developed her very first taste of a weakness that only devastates Deteriorating in an unsighted creation not one soul reached out she couldn’t find salvation Her pain had reached its unavoidable peak her hands shook so badly she couldn’t even speak but it’s over now she’s lying down meek She woke up so groggy, totally confused she never even knew she could never even choose it was fated in her mind that this life she would lose The gun she pressed against her chest thinking about all of life’s tests all she desired was uninterrupted rest she tried so hard to do her very best A shot to her chest is what laid her to rest this poor little girl failed life’s meaningless test © 2012 NaugleBAuthor's Note
