I long

I long

A Poem by Masked writer

I long for him
not him in particular
but what he holds

His words, his gaze...
his smile,
captured by what his mind holds close inside

I long for the morning discussions
the discussions of what happened in the nights past filling the air
I long..

I long for the wondering whispers and the sacred smiles...
I long not for anyone but you
your soothing whisper, and reosurring smile, then the gaze that soon follows after...

I long for you, your hand in mine
when all feels safe
and I finally feel fine

The first three lines are money, it's all that needs to be said. Very nice.

This is tender and heartwarming to read. Every line is worth the read.
