Haikus of May Seen Through My Window

Haikus of May Seen Through My Window

A Poem by Neverwhere
"

I am nearly house bound and so what I see of nature is often through my windows and these were things I saw at the very beginning Haiku Class when I was just starting to learn how to write a Haiku.

"

images of of broken light

restless wind dances

a newspaper

little black cat

suns on pavement oblivious

car passes by

rust red feathers flutter

to fresh mowed grass

a worm found

I have a hard time with Haikus and Senryus, I never can get them right. I really enjoy yours here, you painted a great image of what you saw and were doing at the time. I feel as though I can see through that window.
