My Diary

Just a little poem that I wrote about something I thought of in an English class

My English teacher once asked if anyone kept a diary and everyone kept their hands down

I would have raised mine, but I didn't want anyone to know

He said that whatever people write, they want others to see

But I don't want anyone to see mine

You see, I write my diary on my arm

A razor as my pen and the blood as my ink

I can't tell anyone about my diary

If I do then I would be judged, either as an "attention w***e" or "that girl who cuts"

People need to understand that it's hard to control emotion

That everyone needs a release

I don't cry blood

I bleed tears

And people would just question 'why don't you just do something other than that?'

But it's more complicated

It's not something that is easy to stop

I tried and I failed

I let that someone down

But he understands

Because he, too, keeps a diary

And he too, bleeds tears.

Ok I didn't see that coming. "I don't cry blood I bleed tears" I love that line. It is only a few words but it explains so much. Your poem is wonderful and stay strong. A talent such as you, amazing and beatiful in every way.

Thank you. That line is actually the one thing I really thought up in class. It popped into my head and I was like 'thats beautiful' but thank you. Your words mean so much to me.

First you have to send friend requests. When they add you you can go to the right hand corner of your new poem and you will see an icon says ( read requests ) when you click on it , it will take you to your friends list , you click on each one in the small boxes and at the end of the list , you will see ( Send ) and when you do that they are sent to them...Good luck...Play with the icons a little and you will learn on your own...:)......
