Modern ManA Poem by Nima.Hope
I'm a modern man
oh baby, you've got to believe me All my problems, are new to man! I'm a modern man, oh darling, don't you see? I've got everything, a phone, a car I go to a luxury bar! I don't own a home, I pay my rent and then listen to my favorite song, "Like a Rolling Stone". I'm a modern man, I know when to laugh, when you see me, when you ask me if I'm fine. I'm a modern man, I've got comfort, adequately but don't you dare laugh at me babe, cause I wonder if it's enough, so I work hard, to get me even more of it! I'm a modern man, I live by my movies, I breathe through endless series, I don't care for drugs, but don't you dare honey, ban me from my favorite songs. I'm a modern man, I live in genteel poverty, so I keep my face happy, I sometimes nag, seems to be a brag, but babe, this is who I am, I'm a modern man.
