Changing Shape

Changing Shape

A Poem by November Gold
"

Sometimes we stay drowning in what we think we lost for so long, that we miss what we still have because we are trying to see it through the same lens, instead of embracing it in a new way

"

Changing Shape:

I know I didn’t lose you, what we

Are just changed shape.

I can’t touch, but I feel you.

You can’t speak to me, but I hear you.

In my eyes I see yours

And in my spirit, I embrace you.

This is perfect, and so wise, and true. I love the style of less words you used, within a great message, and meaning... But more important, shapes can change, memories stay. Excellent!

Several poems here...

I like the first one the best:

"I know I didn’t lose you, what we
Are just changed shape."

it's enough to drive a person crazy....to want what we can no longer have.

A lot was said in these few lines.

Hmmm this to me suggests two people who love each other but no longer fit together on this earth. This poem could be intrepreted a lot of different ways, and that's a good thang.

I hate answering this question. It requires me to tell you who I am...the problem is that I am still learning about who I am everyday, and sometimes what I might tell you today, could change by this t.. more..
