Dear ExLover

Dear ExLover

A Poem by Nyaa

ii remember when ii use to take bubble baths with golden water that dripped from your diamond pipes

and we would laugh

over who rolled the best blunt or packed the best punch

you were my best friend

the only one ii could call on when ii felt like this place ii called earth

was becoming a lost star

and ii begged for you

to love every inch every scar because ii was made for you

but ii could never be happy being another number on a chalkboard

filled with statics and figures

but your eyes divide my thighs and you lips multiple my high

and if we could subtract this outside world and add our souls

this equation would be perfect

but its worthless

ii remember a time when ii felt like ii was the only girl in the world

when you skin was the only thing that made sense

but now every touch is a constant reminder that love does not always feel good

that saying ii love you is different than being in love

you hurt me

broke me down to all that is left is empty words in a soul less girl

dear ex lover

if ii ever got the courage to send you this

ii hope you feel each word like a thousand bees stinging your chest

ii hope remember every night ii cried

tears like bullets hitting your blood soakin chest

ii hope you realize that ii was different

ii loved you

with all of me

and every night ii cry myself to sleep is a reminder that sometimes

nightmares derive from the sweetest dreams
