A SUBCONSCIOUS COLLUSIONA Poem by Miss SharonLeafing through an album of painful memoriesA subconscious collusion
the color of memories washes over me in battlefield gray bouquets. This date is encircled in red on every calendar I own and smiles that forgot to remember are wiped clean... quickly vanishing like an ant in the mouth of a furnace. Leafing through the dusty album of black and white photographs, I often wonder where your beautiful smile now resides other than the faded opaque image clinging tenaciously to that last drop of glue. ~~ © 2015 Miss SharonFeatured Review
