A dedication to a foggy friend....

Creating words to pay the day
And walk a tiptoed cat,
Through mist and fog and muddy bog
Precisely where he sat...

Gives purpose to the hand of bards
And ear to those who sell
The musings of a mind beguiled
By printed thoughts to tell

gotta love those tip-toeing cats...mine is too clumsy to tiptoe...she just gets under foot...sort of like that muse, when thoughts swell and get awkward to carry and/or write down.

meanwhile, we sit in the mist begging clarity, not only of thought, but of all that is happening around us in this world...

so we write it the best we can.
