When You Wake Up

If one day you wake up and find that you're missing me,

and your heart starts to wonder where on this earth I could be...

It's terrifying.

Giving someone your heart.

Knowing that they might eventually love you.

Hearing their words that make you smile.

The thing that's always in the back of my mind is this:

But what will become of us?

This could last forever....or sadly, like most things do..it could end.

We never know what's going to happen.

This path I'm setting on is reckless!

The daydreams are dangerous.

but I like it.

At the end of the day, there is someone across the ocean who carries my heart.

It might be in a few days, months, or even in a year.

When that day comes...

When he wakes up and wonders where I am, I hope he knows he can find me.

He can find me in the stars above.

In the depths of his mind.

He can find me in the heart.
