Run Part 2

Run Part 2

A Story by Kathryn Smith

Well I know when you're around

Because I know the sound

I know the sound

of your heart

Run.

Run.

Run, Kathryn run!

Keep running as fast as you can.

This world needs you.

Your light.

Your liveliness.

Your positivity.

Your joy.

You were never killed.

You thought you were dead.

Yet it left a glow in the dark.

and It never went away..

It was the sound of your heart.

You arise from ashes.

You turn around and outsmart.

with words and compliments.

love and gifts to give.

You give the lifeless, life.

The broken, healing.

The hopeless, hope.

You free the trapped.

Ease the pain.

Keep flying away.

You hope and you pray.

Will you keep running?

He will need you in May.

You realized this today.

You'll keep trekking through.

And you will cast more light over the ocean's blue.

It's time to be brave.

Though some afflicted still use you,

They eventually always end up thanking you.

They know the sound of you.

The happiness in you.

They hear the voice of you.

They feel the love in you.

They know when you're around.

Because they can hear the sound.

The sound of your heart.

RUN.
