Warning!

Warning!

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

Trolls are devious creatures!

"

Warning!

Evil is abroad.

I feel it in my water

and smell its stench

permeate

from the depth of hell.

I see its preaching

in the atmosphere

but it cannot be seen

because it creeps

around in the sewers

on its putrid belly.

So beware my friends

as you sup here

in this internet cafe,

be careful that your cappuccino

is not laced

with the poisonous

froth of hate.

Oh this is spot on how evil always creeps ... Always too gutless to come out into the open face to face!
Such strong emotion in the word choice! Brilliant write!

Passion is a beauty and a curse! Many thanks Mirab
There is a mentality of some people, unfortunately, I have run across them way too often in real life, that they live on hate and controversy, they GET OFF on other's pain. These people are best frozen out, ignored, and left to stew in their own creations.

I am so sorry John. It seems some parasites like to not only suck blood but to poison it too.

I take it this and the troll poem are related? I don't think they're bad people (no one really is) they're just so, so insecure. Rather than confront this they take their misery online and try to bring everyone down to their level, safe under the veil of anonymity. They're the oldschool bully of the new world, though unlike schoolyard thugs it's so much easier to deny them what they want.

reminds me of the creature from the swamps, a nasty fellow!

Indeed, slimy! Thanks Andrew.
Hate.....it permeates every site it seems....and the poetry sites run rampant with it. Sorry you are dealing with the distasteful ones. Lydi*
