.......Play OnA Poem by John Alexander McFadyenIf music be the food of love..............Play On As you pluck at this lyre, harp not as to loves cause for indeed that is the fall made by many before the fall. That is the catalyst to the brutal demise of love's short life. Look not to examine the origins of this heart's species, for here we know that only the fittest will survive. And those not so robust will wither upon the vine of romance. Avoid the stethoscopes' intrusion as you try to diagnose this affliction for no delusion can be so sought, and all that has gone before will be no greater than the past. And seek not an answer in the stars, for mercury is indeed made of heavy metal that will weigh upon your trust. And there in lies disaster for us both.
