flower here is some sun

flower here is some sun

A Poem by Richard

I have been all over the place

living and talking

and you have been perfectly ….

perfectly

perfectly

perfect, to me

I find myself wishing

and bubbling

and humming

and buzzing

and into your flower I smell

and I try not to sneeze

your stem is tough

your pollen is sweet

I find myself dreamsweeping

dreamdust, back to your corner

and mostly

in the day and in the night

I find myself shelter

but it doesn't feel right

not without you, no

I've been running circles and jumping through hoops

hoping the hoops don't catch fire

but if they do

now I'm not tired

please

just very excited

that your flower …

is a flower that

likes bees
