The reflection in your eyes

Hide the sad lines of beauty

Mirrored in your own little ocean

Who sees behind the smile

Enigmatic soul gone before me

So calm, but never passive

So clear, tranquil, almost pitying

There is always a secret behind those smiles. Usually hiding sadness, putting on a brave face to appease those who will never truly be appeased. But at least her smile touched you enough to think enough of her to pen this. It is what people who don't judge think of them that is their true legacy. Well captured Paul.
