Tapestry

Tapestry

A Poem by Perdition

I slow in green this tapestry

Laden cold..

A place of thickets

Not far from darkness

Not nearer than blue

But a wandering

A shifting subtle maze

Yellowing doors

Answers in every death

And here

a pact with rain

It takes me in

Tells me

 of emptiness

The alter of sun

Broad shoulders of God

Here is where I sleep

 an emerging tapestry

A note

Simplicity among the stars

Locked

   ..entwined

And you

The only warmth in truth

that ever was

Hello my poet friend from across the very long way~~~

This one to me, is such a beautiful and breath-taking ode to love, real love... the kind that lasts forever and a day and is not limited to humans, but rather the kind that permeates every living thing...

...eternal.

Loved it!

I hope you are well.
