You and your talent

We can only acknowledge the essence of our existence if only we can discover the various innate potentials and our God-giving talents.

We are practically doing nothing about our future
when we fail to do something about our character
thereby acting towards our individual various
posterity. It is pertinent to say that our talents when
failed to nurture them will go into oblivion. Potential
as many will proclaim that they have lots of it and
many will say that some are wasting their own yet
they know little about what potential is. Little did
they know that discovering one's talent and innate
potential allows such individual to change his or her
fate, redefine his or her destiny in the process of
developing his or her potential. knowing our talents
contributes immensely in the changing of our life by
assisting us in understanding what we can excel at
and who can become, knowing this helps us to
overcome our fate make our dreams come true. It
is pertinent to state the underlying details of
personal potential, this describes a. The activities
that we can perform and excel effectively b. The
possibilities in our individual life endeavour c. The
actual and real person that we can become d . The
possible reputation that we can create for our
individual life The word potential originates from the
root-word potency and refers to all the things we
can be successful at if we develop and use our
talents properly. Some have the seed of invention in
them, some good in songs while some are orators.
But it is quite sad that many have the potential of
not knowing their God-giving talents and innate
potential. However, we have all the potential and
talents needed to create and manage our world. It
baffles me to see great youths not only wasting
their God-giving talents but consuming their future
doing nothing worth . Many have succor paralysing
their future with their hand s and mouth doing and
saying things that reduce them instead. Many have
exchanges theirs with the in place of mere
temporary enjoyment. Sadly to say that more
youths are on their way to same destruction, not
that they feel good being such lane rather they lack
all that is needed to squarely face the real
challenges that life stalled for every being that
would enjoy life and know the essence of living and
appreciating such life. This work is prepared to the
redemption and liberation of the youth from the
shackle of ignorant and self limitation but effectively
managing their God-giving talents and potential s.
However, another great problem of the youths
towards effective management of their youthful
potential is not only running away from their
responsibilities rather they focus much on their
weaknesses such that they don't only constitute
problem but turn out to become their own barrier.
The youthful stage of every individual is a beautiful
moment in ever life of an individual because it is at
this stage that all the innate potential manifest. It is
a beautiful moment in life when it is expected that
every youth will maximize their talents. Many have
misused the great moment in lifetime. Many have
neglected and refused to acknowledge this precious
once for all moment in lifetime. This as result
triggers almost all the vices in our environment
ranging from rape, criminal acts, idleness and many
likes. Many went on to blame their parents for not
providing them with enough money but the raw truth
remains that your parents are not a barometer to
your success but what you do and do the right way.
Howbeit, if every youth will uphold the fact that
every step at the youthful stage leads such
individual to his or her success or serve as a lane to
failure, pain or pleasant, Joy or sorrow. Am not
neglecting the parental role but emphasizing on the
individual role. Many do not believe in themselves,
greater do not even know whom they are. The
worst of it all. They brain have become so narrow
that they do not believe that they can effect any
change in their environment. Not knowing that the
youthful stage is short and narrow. Therefore, it is
so pertinent to say anything a youth can not do at
this stage and do it appropriately will never be
corrected only for such individual to wait for his or
her reward ahead. " WE DECIDE TODAY AND
TOMORROW OUR DECISION DECIDES US" UDENTA
IFEANYICHUKWU. When one fail to plan ahead of
time during the youthful stage such an individual
should not expect to reap anything at the old age,
except reaping from another person that have
laboured in his or her youthful stage. It is the
youthful stage that determines the old age. For
every youth that strive towards managing his
potential such must answer the questions a. What
have i done or what am i doing with my present
youthful moment? b. what changes am i affecting?
c. What are my impacts in my environment? In the
words of. Robert Kennett " The world demands the
qualities of youths not a time of life but a state if
mind, a temper of the will, a quality of imagination, a
predominance of courage over timidity of the
appetites for adventure over the life of ease" d. The
reason of being in my present position? In
conclusion, a youth can only manage his or her
potentials when such person is able to object
negative influences from a negative person, say no
to negative idea from any source. Then manage and
access everything by looking for the positive.
