Reminders

A Poem by Pi Cee

So many memories and faces
connected to things-
mostly words,
some songs,
so many objects.

I keep physical things,
to look at
to remember.

But not anymore-
I finally realized
it was the
past
tearing me apart,
feeding pieces of my heart
to the darkness.

Great poem, one everyone can relate to. I love the way you laid out your thoughts, it was a great read!
