A Chapter by Pi Cee

She thinks with a heavy heart.
She screams into the dark.

She hopes with a lost mind.
She cries with blind eyes.

Striking and lurid. You can feel the weight of her heart and the turmoil of it. I can picture the darkness and hear the screaming. It makes me wonder, what has happened to "her" or who is this "She"? The emotional undertones in this, despite the piece being so laconic, is fairly... stifling - but that is a good thing, I think.

Very nice.

Quite welcome! Your response is just as curious. I want to see where this book goes.
