A Serendipity EncounterA Poem by Yellow ButterflyYellow ButterflyI always enjoy my own thoughtfulness of which I'm proud to say, by no means I don't want to sound all sanctimonious in any way From time to time I wonder,
why my thoughts seem
to be fading fast,
As I wait and wait, hoping for something
to happen,
before my future becomes my past
Am I looking to hard, unable to see the wood because of the tree
Is there someone really out there,
staring back at me
Never hanging around long enough, no patience
cant' wait
If I stared for just one more second, maybe...
a past thought, too late
Need to stop look listen and see,
maybe this is how life is meant to be
Then it happens totally out of the blue, to
find someone so wonderful
and sincere as you
A realisation so overwhelming,
never got chance to do any preparing
A serendipity encounter
between two people,
a connection far better than the one I was hoping....
