Requiem for a once flying crow

Requiem for a once flying crow

A Poem by Moataz El Sakkar
"

One of the 9 writings of melancholy

"
You flew too close to the sun and your wings have burned
And those you never thought a threat will eat you alive
After the free fall and hit takes what little power you have left
I hope it was worth it to fly as high
All the things you saw and all the things you learned
And I hope it will never to you become a regret
But it's a hope as good as yours to evade and once again fly
