Beautiful

Beautiful

A Poem by Jennifer Pennington
"

just about someone who i find very....interesting =)

"

Cloaked in insecurities

Like a rainbow facade of insanity

I saw through your shield of wit

And i must say you are quite beautiful

Eyes that hold a dead and empty stare

Body language that says you just don't care

Tells me that i want to care for you

And i must say you are quite beautiful

A heart that's been hurt a million times

A soul thats endured a million tries

Im telling you i'll try for you

And i must say your are quite beautiful

The way you dance, and the way you speak

So smoothly and perfectly in place

Lull's me softly into the comfort of your face

And i must say you are quite beautiful

Holding you so close to me

And gasping for the air that you breathe

Your a diamond gleaming in sweat

And i must say you are quite beautiful

The night is over, and i take my leave

I leave you with a goodbye kiss on your cheek

You pull me underneath your cloak before i go

And i must say you are quite beautiful
