The Dementor's Kiss

The Dementor's Kiss

A Poem by DarkFantasy

The vicious Dementor
Tried to kiss me
and feed on
the remnants of my
long lost happiness.
He tripped
on one of the mountains
of my depressing thoughts,
fell into the dark abyss
of my lonely soul…
And starved to death
waiting
for a speck of hope.

DF,

Always the hope awaits , for nothing ,amidst abyss. The perspective of writing and commitment of writer are such that to take it in to consideration the penetrative rhythm and depth of solitude. The same has only wanted from the readers point of view. The challenge as above has been a valid and excellent attempt indeed...........................

carry on..........

Whoa...

I loved this, because I can say I've been this person before. The knight in shining armor who felt he could cure all, but wound up a victim, rather than a savior. Sometimes we try and be powerful and end up powerless. Love it - great write.
