Cherry Blossom inspired me...

These blue skies are painted grey
over a land of deep beauty hidden
within sparkles of light
These fields of cherry blossom
never held the wonder
that I saw within your eyes

If I could spend my days with you
I'll be yours to hold and pose
for all of your tragic romance stories

These grey skies used to be blue
but this city is a deep cerulean
within its pure desolation
Those fields of cherry blossom
seem like a wonderland
where I can believe in anything

Oh, if I could spend my nights with you
I'll be yours to ignore and misuse
for all of your tragic romance stories

This is why women scare me
but I have a weakness for a certain sweetness
I'll wait even as the clouds form a bruise
on a pale sky
So take me away within your arms
to the comfort and serenity you never showed me before
So many kisses on my neck
You're such a beauty... can I be, someday?
