It's Complicating

It's Complicating

A Poem by R.a.Tru

Resignation from a vocation
Bracing for a doom: anticipation.
Mind is out of tune: calibration.
Body divided in two: desegregation.

Nothing is as it appears.
Wrap the mind around the fears.
Seize to steer to change the gears.
Embrace the voices that no one can hear.

When did it get so dark?
How did I lose that spark?
Got lost during the "walk in the park."
Stay wary of the past: hark.

Lord gimme a sign.
Assure me that everything will be fine.
Stop me from crossing the lines.
Unravel a benign heart tangled in vines.
