A Poem by R.K. Hughes
"

On questioning reality and existence.

"

I don’t know where to go. I am so so lost.

What am I

Am I a person?

What are persons?  Are you one of them?

I don’t think I am

Are we even real

I don’t think so

If can question it at all then there must be room for doubt

I know others too- who are not sure

If this is real

If anything at all is real

And if I am a person (whatever that is)

And if it is all real (which I doubt)

The sound of my existence

Is minuscule white noise

Barely comprehensible, just noticeable

-Yet still bothersome

Even if it helps you sleep at night.

Hello, I like to write, which is quite evident of my being here. I am mostly a poet, but hope to expand my writings into fiction. I also draw, and hope to start creating illustrative pieces to coup.. more..
