Nice effort on the Tanka form, Ross.
I very much enjoyed your creative, romantic thinking here, expressing such wonderment and gratitude in homage for finding love to the one whom inspired it within you.
In L4, I know by "yourself" you mean you, and not some other your, but it is grammatically incorrect, as it should correctly be "myself".

I'm sending you something on the Tanka I think you may find interesting … surely, educational and informative.

Now, you have two "myself" words … LOL!
Consider making L2 something like this:
'Twas in the depths of
your love, I found the real me;
Whatever, you know I love it, eh?
