Antigravity

Antigravity

A Poem by Rac7hel
"

The idea here was to end each line with an anagram from the letters of "Antigravity."

"

We like to think we’re not constrained by gravity.
We’ll someday skip the atmosphere in vain,
Looking for an outlet for our vanity,
Unaware there’s nothing there to gain.

Here, the water, air, and earth- the trinity
Feed us like a flower in the rain.
Every earthly twist and turn and vagary
Is just the perfect yin for every yang.

The power of the place of our nativity
Provides for us what we could not attain.
Even still, we fly against the grain.
