A Poem by Raghib
"

Its a question I have asked that has still remained unanswered .

"
Theres a calmness in being deserted,
Some ardent glory I have achieved now.
It is a call to the demon inside,
Yearning for a moment to be free now.
It will bring the days of your misery,
Showing you the lies of the world now.
How you were fooled all these years,
These plastic faces make you cry now.

"Live a life", they all cry,
But why do I want to die now.
Am I not strong enough,God ?
I wonder why dont I call to you now.
As a child crying for his teddy,
Logic snatched my belief now.
How was I being fooled all these years,
My urge to pray makes me laugh now.

Theres a calmness in deserting something,
Those hopes dont get you high now.
I do not make wishes anymore,
My actions do speak for me now.
Little do I know, Oh! Pity me,
A cursed fate waits for me now.
How will I trudge without faith,
Was God born of such desperate hearts ? (Say ? )

I can sense an approving tone of loss of faith in this poem. What I like in your poetry is that how well you express your feelings and this is a perfect example of how one feels at some points in their life. Just be strong, one day all your sufferings seems to be worth the happiness. Trust me.
