Your World and Mine

I say what I feel and I hear what I want.
My rational way of thinking has become something to flaunt.
My life is controlled by another person’s mind.
I am taking on a mask of a different kind.
A once simple world full of anger and war.
A world filled with hatred be have begun to deplore.
Your world and mine have been intertwined from the start.
But if we don’t change it will tear us apart.
