Spiced Up!

Spiced Up!

A Poem by Candle in the wind
"

Just a picture that set this off....sort of gibberish

"

You need a checkered mosaic of spices
To pep up your life
Some add color
Some flavor
Some aroma
You have mild ones
Delightfully exotic ones
Pungent and tangy ones
Sizzling hot ones
Some leave you asking for more
While some make you wish
You hadn’t stomached so much
With your eyes hands
And the inside of you smarting!

Very cute! I love the images, too. This is a fun read, I enjoyed it a lot. Funny that I've always wished to have a collection of spices and over the years I've managed to acquire quite a few and now that I have them, I haven't a clue what to do with most of them. LOL I'm so lame. This made me smile, thanks for that. :+)

I love this! So creative and imaginative with a big splash of humor as well. A true delight to read and each line is more surprising and wonderful! Your photos are perfect and so special. Your writing here shows how you do everything with a special flair and flavor! This is glorious and appealing to all the senses.

This is hilarious. I especially like the last picture, Raj! I have had the privilege of eating some very good Indian food and I loved it! I love the HEAT! :-) I should have been either an Indian or a Mexican! I actually like my food hotter than many of the two cultures I mentioned...LOL...:-) Well done!

Giggles, giggles and more giggles. This is a spicy write! Loved it!

I can visualize this being written to read as a double entendre too! Just a few added ingredients and BAM!

Great job!

This is very good! I loved how you used spices to describe people in our lives. The last few lines I could really relate to! Great poem!
