When something means something to you.

When something means something to you.

A Poem by Bonnie Hines
"

When something means something to you.

"

Words are easy when they mean nothing to you

It’s easy to say “I love you” when you don’t mean s**t.

Easy to find a big ol’ smile to give anyone walking down the street

Tis’ easy when It means more to them than it would ever mean to you

Bun when something starts to mean something to you

It's then when words are refused

        dirty in your own mouth

                cliché, absurd and abused

Bingto stubborn to give a single clue                                      to say it once it actually becomes true

to admit how important it's become

when something truly means something to you

Lovely poem that shows the role of words spoken in our day to day dealing.
Love your wonderful work.

Honestly I have never read anything so sharp as this in terms of poetry(except Allen Ginsberg)! The last lines echoed throughout the whole work. Great job Bonnie!
