Why Lie

I turned around and I saw your eyes looking into mine.....

Could it be I've found you?

It was just another lie upon your lips....

Deception in each eye.....

 

You stated I wasn't like other guys.....

You stated you believed in truth......

You stated you wanted to know me for me......

You stated  you wanted what I wanted.....

 

Why did you make me believe?

Why did you kiss me like there was no tomorrow?

Why can't I get you out of my mind?

Why is my heart in such a bind?

 

The echoes of pain......

Had stained and whither my heart....

Had cut deeply in my soul.....

Had run ice through my veins through and through....

 

Why lie not words alone?

Why lie with each kiss?

Why lie when you looked deeply in my eyes?

Why lie when you stole my heart?

 

Text of words yet silence in noise....

I gave to much.....

I put me in risk....

I lied to myself, believing this was real......

 

It all started with a look in the eye....

The Gaze in the eyes  took me to  heaven.....

The Gaze in the eyes then took my heart....

The Gaze in the eyes gave you me.......

Now I realize I was fool.....

Buried and burdened tool.....

Driven to this misconception....

This ill forgotten interception.....

When the truth would set you free?

My heart still hungers for you.....

Your eyes are burned into my soul.......

When My heart screamed out to be complete....
