INSTINCT

1: dimension
daydreaming cloud shaper
a / line
inhale
curve deep
2: map
cartography
mark with X's and decisions
red line black light precision
the foot prints overlay
we run - we hide - we erase
3: thirds
there is no rain, no snow , sky
a blue delineation
horizon stretched in elevation
memories take possession
confine in expression
anywhere uncharted
4: fate
past the edge
glimpse past the past
a music box and a sun aimed looking glass
jump in elegance
the saving grace
I find a singular point in space
peering over and beyond
Epilogue :
the seed sown
takes root within the mystery black
meandering  rhythms
of a nomadic path
to an oasis
for my thirsty eyes
as I wander to
the beginning

So reading this I started thinking about the "Dune". That magical quality of those things that make beauty and regret on a daily basis for not paying attention and realizing what's right there in front of you. Great piece, I love the set up and the ultimate disposition in the Epilogue. Nice to read you again after all this time.

As a thesaurus with very different meanings for the same word.

Captive ending.

"as I wander to the beginning".... really like that line.
"singular point in space peering over and beyond" also good.

There is a searching mystical quality as Frank says. I do hope you find the oasis...

You are a mystic. Your words always take me out of myself, out of this time and place, searching for who I am.
