In your eyes

In your eyes

A Poem by R.Inc$

In your eyes I see the broken souvenirs of better times.
The keepsakes that couldn't be kept safe from the passage of time.
The mementos of moments where care was less.
A token for remembering a place that would forget you.
A memory of a face that you thought wouldn't regret you.
In your eyes I see what you wish you could still see.
What you were, why you were, what you would had been, and what you would be.
Now tell me, what do you see when you look into your own eyes?
-RdotInc.- "Tired of watching you cry from afar."
